Are You Actually Living

How Much of Your Life Are You Actually Living?

You wake up each morning, grab your phone, browse social media, go to work, come home, watch TV, and go to bed. You repeat this routine every day, and before you know it, weeks fly by, months go by, and then the year is over. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, “Am I really living my life?” and “Am I living it in the presence?”

Those are tough questions to answer, but it’s essential to ask them.

Most of us are guilty of living in the past or the future. We often dwell on things that have happened or worry about things that could happen. We rarely take the time to appreciate what’s happening in the present.

I’d suggest starting each day with a short but poignant mindfulness meditation to change this. This practice will help you learn to be present and aware of what’s happening in the NOW.

If you want to go deeper and learn how to focus on the things that really matter, reflect on your priorities, and heal old wounds holding you back, try Hypnotherapy. Together with Intimacy Life Coaching, you will be surprised how fast you’ll understand the blockages that kept you from not living your life to the fullest and how you can remove them.

Life is full of risks, but too often, we avoid them. We stick to what’s safe and comfortable, and in doing so, we miss out on opportunities for growth and excitement. I encourage you to start taking risks in your life. Start small by doing things that scare you only a little, then work up to more significant risks.
